Nonrefundable Session Terms

(Group Sessions & General Gym Sessions)

1. Nonrefundable Policy

All bookings are strictly nonrefundable.
Once a Session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 1 hour before the Session start time.
Requests made less than 1 hour prior cannot be accepted.
Session fees remain nonrefundable at all times.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend your booked Session and have not rescheduled within the allowed timeframe:

• The booking is marked as a no-show

• The Session fee is forfeited

• No refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up Sessions apply

4. Capacity

HerBod operates at limited capacity.
These terms ensure fairness and equal access for all Members.

5. Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent after booking.
You are responsible for checking that your booking details are correct.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare serious situations (e.g., medical emergency), please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds are not provided.
HerBod may offer an alternative arrangement at its sole discretion.

7. Agreement

By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
