Terms and Conditions for Nonrefundable Sessions

GROUP SESSIONS

1. Nonrefundable Booking Policy: By booking this session, you acknowledge and agree that the session fee is nonrefundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: While the session fee is nonrefundable, we understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accommodated.

3. No-Shows: If you do not attend the session and have not rescheduled in advance, the session fee will be forfeited. No credits or refunds will be issued for no-shows.

4. Session Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

5. Agreement to Terms: By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This policy is in place to ensure that all members have a fair opportunity to schedule and attend sessions.

6. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of extreme or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not provided, we may consider alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
